DBY and DCY bevel–cylindrical gear reducer
There are 12 sizes for each of DBY, DBYK, and DBZ reducers with nominal center distances of 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, and 560mm. Each size has 5 ratios (8 ， 10 ， 11.2 ， 12.5, 14). They are available in two directions and four assembly types, forming 240 kinds of reducers.
Also there are 15 sizes for DCY, DCYK, and DCZ reducer with nominal center distance of 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710, and 800mm. Each size has 11 ratios (16, 18, 20, 22.4, 25, 28, 31.5, 35.3, 40, 45, 50). They are available in two revolution direction and four assembly types , forming 660 kinds of reducers.
Application scope:
This series of reducer can satisfy all power requirements for TD and DX belt conveyors and other transportation machinery as well as the application where belt speed is at 0.8-6.5m/s.
